I have been selling real estate for over 19 years, and have experience in real estate related fields for over 29 years.  Prior to selling real estate, I was in mortgage lending for apx. 10 years.  As a result, I have experience and specialized training in many areas of the real estate transaction including escrow, loan underwriting, real estate and mortgage loan sales, and processing home loans.  This background in the industry allows me to better assist my clients from start to finish with their real estate transactions.
